Hyatt Santa Barbara
The conference is held at the beautiful Hyatt Santa Barbara that looks out onto a stunning oceanfront. The hotel offers:

Across the street is the East Beach Grill, the Pacific Ocean and the 22-mile Cabrillo Beach walkway for runners, walkers and cyclists. Downtown Santa Barbara is within walking distance, as are Stearns Wharf and the Harbor, for more shops and restaurants.
The Hyatt Santa Barbara's special room rate for those attending the Santa Barbara Writers Conference is $199 per night plus tax on Saturday night, and $149 per night plus tax Sunday through Thursday night. Another, more affordable option for conference attendees is the Parkside Inn, which is located just two blocks away from the Hyatt Santa Barbara. Guests at the Parkside Inn check in at the Hyatt Santa Barbara's front desk, and are welcome to use all of the Hyatt's facilities. All Parkside Inn rooms are non-smoking. The Parkside's special room rate for SBWC attendees is $119 per night plus tax Saturday through Thursday night.
